It’s a welcoming environment where runners, families, volunteers, and community supporters gather after the race, giving you the chance to have genuine conversations and introduce people to your business.
Sponsors provide their own 10' × 10' tent, table, chairs, display materials, and activity supplies. We encourage sponsors to create an engaging, family-friendly booth experience rather than simply handing out brochures.
Demonstrations, games, giveaways, children’s activities, prize drawings, and other hands-on experiences can help start conversations and make your business memorable.
Sponsors are also welcome to include coupons, promotional items, or informational materials in participant bags where space allows.

Can sponsors make their booth interactive?
Yes. Sponsors are encouraged to create an engaging, family-friendly experience through demonstrations, games, giveaways, children’s activities, prize drawings, or other hands-on activities that help attendees connect with your business.
Can sponsors include items in participant bags?
Yes, sponsors may provide small promotional items, coupons, resource cards, gift certificates, or special offers for 5K participant bags. All participant bag items are subject to approval and need to be delivered by Sept 10, 2026.
When is the deadline to be included on event T-shirts?
Sponsors must commit and submit their logo or business name by September 1 to be included on event T-shirts. T-shirt recognition is included for sponsors at the $1,000 level and above. The $5,000 Presenting Sponsor receives premium logo placement, the $2,500 Community Care Sponsor receives logo placement, and the $1,000 Food Pantry Sponsor receives business name recognition. T-shirt inclusion is subject to print deadlines, available space, and final artwork approval.
Can I sponsor if I cannot attend the event?
Yes. Businesses and organizations can sponsor even if they are unable to attend in person. You will still receive the recognition included with your selected sponsorship level.
Are in-kind donations accepted?
Yes. In-kind donations may include water, refreshments, printing, signage, T-shirts, giveaways, volunteer meals, kids activities, professional services, food supplies, pantry supplies, or other approved event needs.

Local businesses, healthcare practices, financial professionals, home-service companies, restaurants, schools, churches, fitness businesses, nonprofit organizations, and other community-minded groups are all welcome to sponsor.
