How much does a vendor booth cost?
Vendor spaces are $50 and include one 10' × 10' booth space. Vendors provide their own tent, table, chairs, displays, and supplies.
What types of vendors are accepted?
We welcome family-friendly businesses, nonprofits, service providers, artisans, local retailers, food-related businesses, and community organizations. Applications are reviewed to help maintain a balanced variety of vendors.
Are food vendors allowed?
Possibly. Food vendors may be accepted depending on menu offerings, event logistics, and available space. Please describe what you'll be offering on your application.
Do I need to bring my own tent and table?
Yes. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, table, chairs, displays, and other booth materials unless otherwise arranged in advance.
Can I sell products at my booth?
Yes, as long as your products or services are appropriate for a family-friendly community event and have been approved during the application process.
Is electricity available?
Electricity may be available for a limited number of vendors. Please indicate your needs on your application so we can determine availability.
When will I know if my application is approved?
Applications are reviewed as they are received. If approved, you'll receive a confirmation email with registration and payment instructions to reserve your booth.
What happens after I submit my application?
Our team will review your application and follow up with the next steps. Vendor spaces are not reserved until registration and payment have been completed.
